widl: Allow all dimensions of an array to be sizeless.

MIDL achieves this by setting the size of the inner arrays to a constant value. widl actually already handles this (but uses 0 instead of 1.) Signed-off-by: 's avatarZebediah Figura <z.figura12@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: 's avatarAlexandre Julliard <julliard@winehq.org>
