MMSYSTEM_GetIData() now dies when no iData is present

Better error recovery when the process attachment fails PlaySound (and helper functions) now use the regular waveOutXXX (instead of wodMessage) Moved handling of hack for differenciating between 16 and 32 bit callback to lolvldrv.c Makes use of new lolvldrv.c interfaces
