deepcopy: add interface deepcopy funcs

- add DeepCopyObject() to runtime.Object interface - add DeepCopyObject() via deepcopy-gen - add DeepCopyObject() manually - add DeepCopySelector() to selector interfaces - add custom DeepCopy func for TableRow.Cells
