QUICKSTART: mention BUILDDIR

Some people might end up with setup that leads bin/mktmpdir to accept e.g. tmpfs on /tmp but that's not enough to build a larger image (e.g. 2 Gb RAM); let's quickly hint that it's not the only way to go :-)
