rescue+misc: dropped smbios-utils

There's a problematic dependency chain as of today's sisyphus: smbios-utils => python3-module-smbios, python3, python-base python3 => python3-base => python3-test python3-test => python3-modules-tkinter => tk => libtk => libX11 ...and libX11 is explicitly banned in regular-rescue.iso which is determined to stay text-only; let's drop this package until this problem is resolved.
