alt-server: Add fonts for OEM in minimal installation

If the system has the fonts-type1-urw package, then alterator-wizard uses fonts from it, which greatly distorts the appearance. But with the fonts-ttf-google-noto-sans package, the changes to the font appearance are minimal.
