Add Environment=GSK_RENDERER=gl for phosh.service.
We switch to the old render, since ngl has a problem with the layout
of layers on Pinephone Pro and other mobile phones.

xdg-desktop-portal-gnome doesn't really work on phosh.

templates acted as a workaround that run xdg-user-dirs in wayland.
Now this is not required, xdg-user-dirs is fixed.

Better adapted for a small touch screen.

The problem with the long launch of applications was solved.

gedit depends on gnome-terminal, but we already have gnome-console.

This solves two problems:
- XDG directories are not created in the home directory, since xdg
is only executed for X sessions
- in the nautilus file manager, cannot create an empty file if it
is not in the templates.
