This reverts commit 4682e8d1.

Images building from the generated profile will have mkimage-profiles
commit information.

The definition of the TOPDIR variable has been fixed in a future mkimage.
Will $(TOPDIR)=$(BUILDDIR).

This layer was supposed to contain the propagator version.

Files added to git should not be in .gitignore.

Not available for ports. Seems not required for other architectures.

Rule for polkit set authenticate by password root.
In Regulars/Starterkits disabled sudo, but the default behavior of
polkit is as the same sudo. Now no authorization by user password.

Needed for make-initrd >= 2.25.0

Empty lines in this file will cause initrd generation. As a result of
the failure, all modules are added to the initrd.
