Fix for bug 47914: buglist.cgi always had a not-logged-in footer if you were unlucky enough to have a login cookie that got corrupted in the shadow database. This patch makes buglist.cgi switch back to the primary database before looking up your login cookie for the footer. Patch by Myk Melez <myk@mozilla.org> r= justdave@syndicomm.com
