- makedocs.pl now creates said directories when building the docs
The idea here is that it's useless to have compiled stuff in CVS.  The website will now auto-build the docs upon changes to
the xml directory.

Rebuilding documentation for the 2.17.5 release; the docbook system on landfill proved to be broken.

Add a little page telling people where the win32 instructions went (NOTE: This file is not generated by Bugzilla-Guide.sgml).

* Provide an example of a glossary term in the document conventions section

Full recompile of the docs so everyone can see what the current SGML docs actually look like in HTML.

Fix for bug 105365 - Hacker's Guide should be in SGML.  This will make it easier to do other additions to the hacker's guide.

tacked in a couple of last-minute additions.  Also fixed the
annoying "Tip: HINT:" thing.
