* add aliases for some commands
  (fix removing packages by salt which runs "yum remove" on ALT Linux)
* enable makecache and alias it to "apt-get update"
* make distro-sync be not supported because it is not upgrade,
  but syncing of local versions with ones from repos
  what can be done if pinning priority in apt
* document where I took aliases from
