Using libMySQL-devel BuildRequire instead of libmysqlclient-devel

Using old libMySQL-devel package name instead of libmysqlclient-devel it absent in branch 5.0 for yauza It would be works for Sisyphus until old devel package provides by libmysqlclient-devel: [sin@inf uniset]$ rpm -q --whatprovides libMySQL-devel libmysqlclient-devel-5.1.52-alt1
