lib/upnp/Discovery: use CURL instead of UpnpDownloadUrlItem() · c8f7a859

We can do CURL requests asynchronously, and we don't need a
synchronous WorkQueue thread for that.

This allows parallelizing lookups and allows immediate cancellation.
