Necessary for "final" on gcc 4.6.

Eliminate support for partial reads.  The Linux kernel will never
return partial results, so this buffering was unnecessary.

Users now have to call Close() explicitly.  This simplifies using the
class, as most users have automatic socket management already, and
Steal() had to be used often.

Replaces GLib's GError.

This patch implements a light-weight inotify library, and watches all
directories below the music directory.  It updates all directories
where files changed after a delay of 5 seconds.
