zeroconf/ZeroconfBonjour: Fix compile errors resulting from "refactor to SocketEvent" and reenable bonjour for darwin build

Fixes Windows compatibility.

Replaces the static Duplicate() method.

To make things simpler, AllocatedString is now a non-template class.
