This case is handled already by playlist_open_in_playlist_dir() (via
playlist_mapper_open()).  And the call didn't work anyway.

Works around a build failure on Solaris because annoyingly, Solaris
reserves the name "queue".  This rename was pending anyway.

From now on, struct Song will be used by the database only, and
DetachedSong will be used by everybody else.  DetachedSong is easier
to use, but Song has lower overhead.

Replaces GLib's GError.

Improve error reporting and handling.  command.c gets the new function
print_error(), which sends a GError to the client.

Reduce header dependencies.

Allocate a player_control object where needed, and pass it around.
Each "client" object is associated with a "player_control" instance.

This prepares multi-player support.

This updates the copyright header to all be the same, which is
pretty much an update of where to mail request for a copy of the GPL
and the years of the MPD project. This also puts all committers under
'The Music Player Project' umbrella. These entries should go
individually in the AUTHORS file, for consistancy.

spl_save_playlist() is a wrapper for spl_save_queue().

Export the "g_playlist" variable, and pass it to all playlist
functions.  This way, we can split playlist.c easier into separate
parts.  The code which initializes the singleton variable is moved to
playlist_global.c.
