Windows uses an undocumented GUID (ending in ASCII "PIDVID") for
non-keyboard/mouse devices. Various games (DiRT Rally 2) and libraries
(SDL, GLFW) look for this GUID to match specific devices or know that
the PID/VID can be extracted.
