A small number of cleanups.

A new function to find a given NAME in a type library. Support for growing a tlb segment when it overflows. Duplicate GUID elimination. GUID hash fixes. NAME hash fixes. Duplicate STRING elimination fixes. Duplicate IMPORT elimination fixes. Type information save ordering fixes. Support for writing out the CUSTDATA and CUSTDATAGUID segments.
