- implement wglGetCurrentReadDCARB, wglMakeContextCurrentARB on

openGL32 (wgl_ext) - add code to disable some openGL extensions support using wine registry key HKLM\Software\Wine\OpenGL\DisabledExtensions (list separated by spaces) - valid/robust implementation of wglChoosePixelFormatARB and wglGetPixelFormatAttribivARB (wgl_ext)
