Fix nasty bug generated by UINT vs. INT (resulted in bogus

comparisons). Fix LVIR_SELECTBOUNDS computation, for REPORT mode. Fix dependency generation in GetItemMeasures. Fix rectangle computation for REPORT mode (corner case problems). Better debug messages. Assorted cleanups.
