Adds the following registry options, which configure the Mac driver to
map Command to Ctrl:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Mac Driver\LeftCommandIsCtrl
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Mac Driver\RightCommandIsCtrl
