GdipImageRotateFlip() calls GdipBitmapLockBits() while holding the image
lock, resulting in a recursive lock.

Since GdipImageRotateFlip() uses GdipBitmapLockBits() only to obtain
Scan0 and Stride, replace them with equivalent fields from GpBitmap
itself.
