Passthrough implementations with two additions:

1. Checking for invalidated VkSurfaceKHR.
2. Try to emulate vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormats2KHR with
   vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormatsKHR if needed.
