dplayx: Fix incorrect check in DirectPlayLobbyAImpl_EnumLocalApplications and IDirectPlayLobbyAImpl_EnumAddressTypes.

Dereferencing a function pointer and checking it against NULL doesn't 
make any sense, so remove the checks.
