Changed irl.nls to eni.nls. Reviewed and fixed a lot of the NLS files
to be more compatible to Windows.
Added en_GB (used by Corel Linux 1.0,1.1) as alias for en_UK.

LANG_SUB_ENTRY did always return the first language due to missing {}.
