- Added pkg-groups.conf.

Since installer-alterator-pkg-3.1.3-alt1 packages lists are
expanded by default.
We keep old behavior using pkg-groups.conf.

- stage2: Don't try to remove alterator-wizardface.
- stage2: Fix preinstall.d/80-setup-user-groups.

For alterator-wizardface removal.

This removal can't be done in the oem mode (alterator-wizardface
is needed for alterator-setup).
But installer can remove this itself since 1.14.4.
Thanks antohami@ for suggesting.

And the cycle removed: we can add groups by single command.

- stage2: Rewrite 80-setup-user-groups.

Don't create default-groups file: the default in the alterator-users
is good enough (we are rely on libnss-role enabled and 'users' role).
Instead 'vmusers' group is added to 'users' role.
An user, created in the installer, will be added to 'wheel' group
in any case.

- stage2: Replace vm step with vm-ortodox.
- stage2: Include user to fuse group.
- stage2: Requires: alterator-pkg -> installer-alterator-pkg.

It is more advanced. Suggested by zerg@ and antohami@.

For flatpak mostly.

Package renamed.

- stage3: Only require alterator-grub for arches that have grub.
- stage3: Drop wrong installer-altlinux-generic-stage3 provides.
- stage3: Don't require dhcpcd.
- stage3: Require alterator-grub.
- Fix license tag.
- stage3: Don't overwrite default-groups config file.
- stage2: Drop installer-feature-vm-altlinux-generic-stage2.

It is useless anyway.

There can be file with another set of groups already. So merge these
files.

This is not needed, we are use volumes-profile-regular for now.

- postinstall: Remove alterator-wizardface and alterator-luks.
- Forked from installer-distro-altlinux-desktop.

Apparently alterator-wizardface is not needed in the installed
system and alterator-luks doesn't work (see ALT bug #37785).
