Update configuration for current version.

- Added gnome-authentication-agent autostart desktop-file.
- release-notes: Fix align (thx cas@).

There is no autostart desktop-file in the polkit-gnome package
anymore.

- xfce-settings: Drop obsoleted autostart *.desktop files.
- Don't disable tracker by default.
- Set status 'alpha' and codename 'UNKNOWN'.

It will be disabled on live (by the m-p-d script) and should be
enabled in the installed system.
This reverts commit e90f2906.
