kworkstation/clients-ipa: add systemd-sysvinit as workaround for build on p11

task-auth-freeipa depends on alterator-auth, which depends on startup package. The list from being added to disk, bacause conflict with kde5-autofs-shares. See also https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/51363
