rescue+extra: added myrescue

It's a yet another rescue dd(1) alike trying to save those blocks which still can be read first and getting back to the rest later; suggested by someone (User294?) over at opennet. See-also: https://www.opennet.ru/openforum/vsluhforumID3/113652.html#8
