rescue+extra: added rescue-launcher

This one can be autorun iff: - "autorun=..." kernel boot parameter is specified; - the image has startup-rescue instead of conventional startup; - it's tty1. Suggested-by: Leonid Krivoshein <klark@altlinux.org>
