mkimage to run сlean/distclean successfully requires .work/.cache
and .work/.out directories.

If GRUB_UI variable is set, the gfxterm config will be added, which
in turn will lead to a build error on an unsupported architecture.

it's simple and we are fixed some issues in that way:

No need to switch udisks2 into "shared mode" anymore;
see the previous commit.

gvfs had some multiseat support but wasn't quite there
in practice so we had to fallback from media automount
to "your flash drive is available for mounting" which
was much better than an e.g. 6-seater lottery "who wins
to get the drive automounted and presented, and who --
all the rest -- gets an error message in the face".

Just drop these.

There might be a more generic approach
but let's at least make this possible
in the first place.

Now that 8CB based workstations start pouring in,
let's prepare the configuration for 1E8CB mobos
(3 PCIe slots so 1/2/3-seaters possible and tested).

...well at least ARM WINE is not that popular.

...so it supports H.264 media; should be fixed
