Allow typical phone actions without password.

This feature is for rk3399s-compatible devices, currently on phosh,
including pinephone pro.

We shouldn't add 5 secs to phone boot time.

Pipewire and wireplumber have been updated in branch p10.

Until the issue of integrating the patch for adding devicetree to
the grub config has not been resolved, we will use a working
solution with extlinux.conf

loglevel=3 will remove warnings about ACPI errors and processor
vulnerabilities. These messages break silent boot and scare users.
However, we cannot correct these errors.
'loglevel=3' must be after 'quiet'. Otherwise, errors are shown.
