The eepm-yum package no longer exists in the repository
Revert "alt-server: Add eepm-yum"
This reverts commit 702b7746.

It is unnecessary to define the BOOTLOADER type for e2k in this context.
The reason is that images for e2k use the mkimage isodata pack method,
which is unaffected by any value of the BOOTLOADER variable (BOOT_TYPE
in the mkimage).  Therefore, defining the BOOTLOADER type does not make
any sense.

The mki-pack-isodata does not install the bootloader.

The following problems are solved:
- syslinux/isolinux.cfg should not be deleted
- isolinux.cfg should not be in hdt.img
- syslinux/pci.ids should not be in iso.

This solves two problems:
- XDG directories are not created in the home directory, since xdg
is only executed for X sessions
- in the nautilus file manager, cannot create an empty file if it
is not in the templates.

mixin/phosh should only contain what is directly related with phosh.

Because of this gawk does not work on loongarch64, and because of
it does not work alterator-dump-desktop.
Сan not remove libraries without dependencies, this is fraught with
miracles.

This reverts commit 5ff45b2f.
Now we do not create /etc/dconf/profile/user, since it is provided
by dconf-profile.

Now squeekboard runs as osk-wayland.

These targets do not have a network subsystem defined, so it was
not to add a target use/net-ssh.

At the moment this target is focused exclusively on make-initrd,
but some weird kernels don't have a dependency on mkinitrd.
It's loongarch64 again.

glibc can be compiled such that mki-fake-dev requires /proc to works.
This on loongarch64.

This script was left after phosh background config moved to /etc/skel.
Having ~/.config touched broke /etc/skel copying onto user homedir.

Now vm/regular-cnc-rt is universal. Bootloads on both Legacy BIOS
and UEFI (x86_64).
