than multiplication (mulss).

Fixes -Wbitfield-constant-conversion when enum is signed, causing WINED3D_GL_RES_TYPE_TEX_RECT value to be truncated to -4.

Avoid implicit casts from enum pointers.

Otherwise, sums are inherited between drives.
For instance, dir /s z:\tmp c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc shows
an incorrect summary for drive c.

This gives different results on llvmpipe.
