There is no autostart desktop-file in the polkit-gnome package
anymore.

- xfce-settings: Drop obsoleted autostart *.desktop files.
- Don't disable tracker by default.
- Set status 'alpha' and codename 'UNKNOWN'.

It will be disabled on live (by the m-p-d script) and should be
enabled in the installed system.
This reverts commit e90f2906.

Codename is not defined yet.

- menu: Updated for Xfce 4.10.
- Update backgrounds location for Xfce 4.10.

Drop xfhelp4.
Replace xfrun4.desktop with xfce4-run.desktop.

/etc/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc script.

- Set elflord as colorscheme for vim.

Return DejaVu, seems like Driod is wrong font (terrible artefacts
in the editor).

This needs xfce4-xkb-plugin >= 0.5.4.1-alt2.
